100 Vestavia Parkway is a three-story, 29,322-square-foot office building with 130 surface parking spaces in the Highpoint Office Center, located at 100 Vestavia Parkway, near the Vestavia Hills High School Freshman Campus (formerly Pizitz Middle School). It was constructed in 1985.
Thomas Carruthers III of Red Rock Realty Group purchased the building in 2021 for $3.1 million.
