102 North Chalkville Road was a 1,839 square-foot building in downtown Trussville owned by Ellison Investments, LLC and is sandwiched between buildings housing Braden's Furniture. In 2013, Ellison Investments entered into an agreement where the City of Trussville would purchase the building for $250,000 for a widening project of Chalkville Road. The propery was the first to be purchased for the right turn lane project. The Husky Barber Shop was a long-time tenant. The building was razed in 2019.
