2010 Parade of Homes

The 2010 Parade of Homes was a marketing event for new home construction put on by the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders from April 16 to 25, 2010. The event marked a return after a year with no Parade of Homes. The theme for 2010 was "green building", with the Viridian development of Energy Key-rated homes built by Wedgworth Construction featured among 104 homes in 17 subdivisions.
