2021 Birmingham Board of Education special election

The 2021 Birmingham Board of Education special election was held on January 26, 2021 to fill the seat representing District 7 on the Birmingham Board of Education, left vacant by the resignation of Patricia McAdory.
767 votes were cast in the special election, held on a cool, misty Wednesday the day after a damaging tornado struck Fultondale.

- Walter Wilson, 480 votes (62.6%), winner
- Madelyn Greene, 265 votes (34.6%)
- Stanley Tarver, 22 votes (2.9%)
