2200–2202 2nd Avenue North is a 1-story, 5,000 square foot commercial building constructed around 1904 on the southwest corner of Block 83, northeast of the intersection of 2nd Avenue North and 22nd Street North.
The 50-foot by 100-foot brown brick building is divided into six bays, three facing 2nd Avenue and three behind them facing 22nd Street. The divisions are marked with projections at the roof line supported on carved limestone corbels. The flat pediment is also capped with limestone.
