2310-2316 1st Avenue North is a four-bay, two-story brick commercial building on 1st Avenue North in the Central City neighborhood of downtown Birmingham.

In 1924 the building was occupied by the Bissell Motor Co., an REO dealer. By 1926 it was used by the Auto Storage Tire & Battery Co.. In the 1960s it housed The Feldstein Co. wholesale clothing.

The vacant building came to be owned by Sloss Real Estate. In 2013 that company revealed plans to demolish all but the building's facade and use the remainder as a parking lot for Sloss's nearby Fix Play Lofts and adjacent Weld for Birmingham offices. A design plan which included car entrances through the facade from 1st Avenue was rejected by the Birmingham Design Review Committee in March 2013.
