2323 2nd Avenue South

2323 2nd Avenue South is an 11-unit condominium building constructed in 2021–2022 for Metropolitan LLC developers. The project was designed by David Baker Architects and incorporates local brick and corten steel as naturally weathering finishes. Other features of the design include rainwater cisterns and an option for solar power generation.

Investor Joe French acquired five of the units during pre-sales, helping the developers secure financing from ServisFirst Bank. Hancock Construction erected the building on the site of a former parking lot.
