401 West Valley Avenue, formerly the BBVA Homewood Administration Center is a one-story, 74,798 square-foot office building on a 4.48-acre parcel on the north end of the Hillcrest Shopping Center, facing West Valley Avenue near its intersection with Green Springs Highway in Homewood. The adjoining fenced and landscaped parking lot has 546 spaces.

The building was constructed in 1969 or 1975.

The building was remodeled for office use in 1999 and served as an administrative center for Compass Bank and its successors, BBVA Compass, BBVA, and PNC Bank. PNC Financial Services Group sold the property in March 2023 to a business registered by Sulman Mahdi, owner of Birmingham wholesale, for $3.75 million.
