The Adams-Heaton Cemetery is a small family cemetery accessed from the unpaved Peach Avenue, off Johnson Street, behind Hydradyne on Adamsville Parkway in Adamsville. It backs up to the much larger, modern Crestview Memorial Gardens. The cemetery contains more than 57 graves, with the earliest known that of Mary C. Adams (1878-1894). The surnames Buckelew, Burford, Davis, Heaton, Lawson, Leslie, Minshew and White are common on the other marked graves. There are multiple unmarked and unnamed graves.
This cemetery does not appear in the publication, A Partial Inventory of Cemeteries in Jefferson County, Alabama and does not appear in Cart-O-Craft's Jefferson County Map Book.
