American Printing Co. (APC) was a commercial printing company headquartered in a 110,000-square-foot plant at 428 Industrial Lane in Birmingham's Oxmoor neighborhood. The company offered a range of pre-press, printing, and finishing services, as well as direct mail and fulfillment services. The president and CEO was Bo Stanford.

American Printing began as a small print shop in 1912, serving local Birmingham merchants and grew slowly from there. For a time it was located at 121 12th Street South in the Five Points South neighborhood.

In 1992, Stanford purchased the business and began initiatives to expand it further, which included relocation in 1997 to the company's current location, which he expanded at least twice. The company also began offering new services, like direct mail. As a result, APC grew from 18 employees to 120, operating 24 hours a day, six days a week.

American Printing went bankrupt in 2019 and its assets were acquired by the Montgomery-based Walker360, which maintains a Birmingham sales office at 3500 Colonnade Parkway. The company's former production facility was foreclosed on by ServisFirst Bank and was sold to Storyteller Overland in 2021.
