The April 2020 tornado outbreak was a tornado outbreak formed by a large storm front that swept from Texas to Georgia on the evening of Easter Sunday, April 12, 2020, causing significant wind and flooding damage. At least 25 tornadoes associated with the system were recorded in Central Alabama.
