Arlington Crest is a twin tower, 84-unit, 9-story condominium complex located at 2600 Arlington Avenue South in the Highland Park neighborhood. The development was announced in June 1989, construction commenced that fall, and the complex opened in 1991. Designed by Kidd/Plosser/Sprague and built by Brasfield & Gorrie, Arlington Crest features a postmodern design with balconies facing north towards Downtown Birmingham.

At the time of its construction, the entire project cost an estimated $20 million to complete and individual units sold from $180-$450,000. The complex features 48 two-bedroom units, 24 three-bedroom units, and 12 two-story duplex penthouses, and includes two 7-story residential buildings atop a 2-story parking garage. Atop the garage between the two towers is a club house, terrace, and swimming pool.
