Bryan Bartlett Starr Jr (born c. 1957 in Green Bay, Wisconsin) is a commodities trader, real estate developer and financial advisor.

Starr is the oldest son of NFL Hall of Fame quarterback and coach Bart Starr and his wife, Cherry. He graduated from the University of Alabama in 1980 and the University of Alabama School of Law in 1983.

In the 1980s Starr worked in commodities trading, with an office on the 12th floor of the Brown Marx Building in downtown Birmingham. He and his former roommate Rance Sanders founded Starr Sanders Properties, a developer and manager of medical office buildings, in 1989. Bart Starr Sr was chief investor and served as chairman and director of client relations. They sold the business to Healthcare Realty Trust of Nashville, Tennessee in 1996 and re-organized as The Sanders Trust.

Starr later founded Performance Futures (now Starr Enterprises) with offices at 2647 Rocky Ridge Lane in unincorporated Jefferson County. The firm advises investors and investment managers in commodity futures trading and also provides financial consulting and wealth management services for athletes and others.

Starr and his wife Eleana have three daughters and four grandchildren.
