HighPointe Apartments, formerly Beaconview Apartments is a 250-unit apartment complex located at 1257 Beacon Parkway East. The complex opened in early 1965 offering 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units with extra baths, fireplaces, and wet bars, as well as access to a clubhouse, tennis courts, and swimming pool. The complex was given its present name between 2008 and 2011.

On May 5, 2010 Marqualius Harris, 18, was found shot to death after a gunfight in a breezeway at the complex that left two others wounded. The shooter was found to have been acting in self defense. A September 19 fire claimed three more lives and destroyed 10 units in one building in the complex. On June 11, 2022 24 year-old Frankie McDonald was shot to death at the complex.
