Bella Bistro was a small restaurant located in the Crestline Corners shopping center at 81 Church Street in Mountain Brook's Crestline Village. The restaurant, which opened in Fall 2006, was managed by Lance Skidmore with head chef Brian Hedeman. The restaurant's menu changed frequently. Dining options were supplemented by a full bar.

The dining room featured furnishings salvaged from the Cabana Hotel and lent by Crestwood Antiques which were available for sale. The restrooms were papered with pages from cookbooks bought from Crestwood Antiques as well.

In June 2007 the Birmingham News reported that the restaurant had a "closed" sign on the door and that the telephone had been disconnected.
