Birmingham Eats

Birmingham Eats is a caterer and meal delivery service located at 100 Concourse Parkway, Suite 145, in Hoover's Riverchase subdivision. The company was founded in late 2016 by Rick and Kathy Claypoole. The executive chef is Wendy Bowman.

The business expanded from home and office delivery to include business and event catering and same-day takeout. They also opened an in-store cafe open for breakfast and lunch.
