Birmingham American Federation of Teachers Local No. 2115 is the local chapter of the American Federation of Teachers, a labor union affiliated with the AFL-CIO. The local's offices are shared with the Jefferson County Federation of Teachers in the Vulcan National Building at 1900 20th Avenue South, and the president is Richard Franklin.
