The Birmingham Greek Festival is an annual three-day event hosted each September at Birmingham's Holy Trinity-Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Cathedral to showcase Greek cuisine and culture. The tradition was inaugurated by the Cathedral's Ladies' Philoptochos Society in 1972 and is sustained by numerous supporters and sponsors.

Visitors to the free event can hear live bands playing traditional Greek music, watch various dance groups perform, and tour the historic cathedral. Funds raised through the sale of food plates, baked goods and souvenirs is donated to Birmingham area charities. Beneficiaries have included Magic Moments, the Bell Center, The Exceptional Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, Firehouse Shelter, Alzheimer’s of Central Alabama, Pathways, Family Connection, The Wellhouse, Jimmie Hale Mission and Greater Birmingham Ministries.
