The Birmingham International Indoor Tennis Championships (BIITC), also called ATP Birmingham, was an annual indoor men's tennis tournament hosted each January by the Junior League of Birmingham from 1973 to 1980. The Association of Tennis Professionals tournament was originally held at Municipal Auditorium. In 1977 and 1978 the event, which moved to the newly-completed Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center, was part of the World Championship Tennis series. American tennis star Jimmy Connors won six of the eight singles tournaments in the series.
