Blazer Hall is an 8-story, 720-bed residence hall for freshman students located at 920 16th Street South on the campus of UAB. It is located adjacent to the Commons on the Green campus dining facility.
Student rooms are grouped into 2- and 3-bedroom suites, with private baths for each bedroom. The building also features 14 study lounges, a multimedia room, and a 4,000 square foot event room. It was designed by the Garrison Barrett Group and is managed by Allen & O'Hara Education Services of Memphis, Tennessee.
The location of the original Blazer Hall was directly across 9th Avenue South from this structure.
