Horace Neil "Bo" Smith (born c. 1949; died January 26, 2012 in Bessemer) was the meat market manager for Torme Associated Foods. He worked at the downtown location from 1972 to 1975 and in Bessemer from 1993 until his death.

Smith was fatally shot during a robbery at the grocery store on the morning of January 26, 2012. He and another employee had just reported for work when two gunmen rushed inside and demanded they open the safe. Smith was shot to death when he told them he didn't have the combination. The other employee was shot in the legs, but survived. Owners Marvin and Merv Torme offered a $20,000 reward for information leading to the conviction of the murderers.

Smith was survived by his wife, four children and several grandchildren.
