Calera Lodge No. 445 is a Masonic lodge chartered by the Grand Lodge of Alabama (Free & Accepted Masons of Alabama) in Calera.
The lodge was charted in 1884 by petition of James D. Hardy, Benjamin J. Large, James A. Carwile, Simon Stein, James Q. Fields, Eli Crim, Whitman W. Brame, Thomas H. Wagner and E. M. Card.
The lodge began meeting on the second floor of the 1880s Cowart Drug Company Building in downtown Calera in 1913. After considering an offer from CVS that would have involved destroying the building, the lodge instead sold it to Theresa Cowart in 2007, who plans to preserve it. The lodge members broke ground for a new building on 16th Street in Calera in August 2007.
