Casa Latino Alabama is a real estate firm located at 2154 Pelham Parkway in Pelham which targets Hispanic homebuyers. It is a franchise of a nationwide company based in Southbury, Connecticut. The local franchise is owned by Panamanian immigrant Freddy Guerra. It held its grand opening on March 1, 2008.
