This category needs to be merged with Category:18th Street South Homewood. Which should be used? --Lkseitz 06:44, 31 August 2006 (PDT)

  • Good catch. It appears that downtown Homewood's streets are a continuation of Birmingham's street numbering, so there would be no 18th Street North in Homewood. If that is the case, the shorter name is probably better. But really, I could go either way. --Dystopos 06:57, 31 August 2006 (PDT)

        • Oops, I'd forgotten about this. I'm currently in favor of having the category name match the entry (which includes "South"). And since I feel far bolder now than I did in 2006, I'll see about moving the entries over there so Dystopos can delete this category. --Lkseitz 10:38, 17 December 2012 (PST)
