Center Point Plaza is a 76,271-square foot shopping center located on six parcels totalling 16.5 acres at 2331-2499 Center Point Parkway between 23rd Avenue Northeast and 25th Avenue Northeast in Center Point.

The shopping center, which once had more than 106,000 square feet of leasable space, underwent significant renovations in 2007 and 2008. In December 2008 the center was sold for $2.4 million from Plaza Caillou LLC of Arizona to real estate investor Shiv Aggarwal of Norcross, Georgia, whose company, American Management Services, leases and manages the property.

The strip was significantly damaged during the January 2012 tornado outbreak, leading to demolition of more than half of the northern section. The city's 2013 Center Point Comprehensive Plan Update included a detailed feasibility study for infill redevelopment of the shopping center's expanse of parking. The 2017 Update reiterated the opportunity for mixed-use redevelopment, but no action has been taken by the owner.

Center Point Plaza's parking lot is the terminus for the city's annual Christmas parade.
