Center Pointe Landings

Center Pointe Landings, formerly Summer Terrace Apartments and Serenity Apartments at Sterling, is a 140-unit apartment complex located at 107 Sterling Court Northwest, off 20th Avenue Northwest, west of Center Point Parkway in Center Point. It was constructed in 1972.

In 2022 the complex was sold to an affiliate of Arch Companies of New York as part of a portfolio of three properties which traded hands for a combined $36.5 million.
