Chad Fisher (born February 11, 1977 in Deatsville, Elmore County) is a trombonist, arranger and composer residing in Birmingham.
He is a member of several active performing groups, including FisherGreen, the Magic City Jazz Orchestra, the SuperJazz Big Band, Downright, Ray Reach and Friends, the Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame All-Stars, and his own Chad Fisher Group (CFG).
The Chad Fisher Group was awarded the 2007 BAMA Award for "Best Jazz Group." Fisher is also a faculty member of the educational program of the Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame.
