Charles Cook (born January 15, 1971) is the founder of AC Real Properties LLC which buys and renovates foreclosed properties for rental or resale. He came to Birmingham from Detroit, Michigan in 1996. He began rehabilitating housing here in 2001 and established his company in 2008. He also hosts seminars on home buying and renting.
