Promenade Fultondale (originally Colonial Promenade Fultondale) is a major retail center on Lowery Parkway at the intersection of Interstate 65 and Walker Chapel Road in Fultondale developed by Colonial Properties Trust and currently owned by Inland Real Estate Brokerage. Addresses run from 3321 to 3489 Lowery Parkway. Although stores in the center began opening as early as late September 2007, the grand opening took place November 2, 2007. The center was built on land previously used for A. T. Holt Park and Fultondale Elementary School.

Anchors include Target, Best Buy (closed in 2017), Ashley Furniture, and Books-A-Million. J. C. Penny held its grand opening on October 3, 2008. Outparcels include Family Christian Bookstore (closed in 2016), Chili's, Arby's, McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, Wintzell's Oyster House (closed December 2019), and Full Moon Bar-B-Que.

In February 2009, Inland Real Estate Brokerage Inc. bought the complex from Colonial Properties Services Inc. for $29.9 million.

During the April 27, 2011 tornado outbreak, the southern end of the Ashley Furniture building, which marks the southern end of the center, was destroyed. The store's parking lot served as a command post for cleanup efforts used by FEMA.
