The Columbiana City Cemetery is located on both sides of Shelby County Highway 47 in Columbiana. It contains approximately 2,000 markers.

A cast-iron fence, measuring 36 feet by 36 feet, manufactured by the Shelby Iron Company was installed around the Martha Ann Ware plot, which also houses two of her children, in 1864. The fence was rediscovered by the Shelby County Historical Society in 1982 and was restored with the help of Eagle Scout candidates Todd Nicholson and Brandon Blankenship. Allied Cast Products and Simsco provided materials and funds were donated from several Ware descendants. A brass plaque was attached to the fence to record the effort.

In 2006 the cemetery was surveyed and mapped by Boy Scouts Robert and Andrew Justice as Robert's Eagle Scout project.
