Complete Cleaners is a dry cleaners with two locations in Trussville. The business was founded in November 1994 at 1503 Gadsden Highway in a 3,000 square-foot former convenience store. Owner John Patterson added a covered drive-through and opened with 5 employees. In 2001, the cleaners moved to a new facility at 1940 Gadsden Highway near the entrance to the Tutwiler Farms subdivision, becoming one of the first fifty dry cleaners in the country to use a more environmentally-friendly technique, include using sand, water and carbon dioxide as opposed to harsher chemicals used at traditional dry cleaners. In 2004 a second location was opened in north Trussville at 8323 Gadsden Highway, at the entrance to the Carrington subdivision.

In 2014, Complete Cleaners began delivery service, which includes a twice-weekly pick-up and drop off route through Trussville and surrounding areas, as well as the option to drop off at one of the locations and have the finished product delivered to the customer's home or business. Both locations also offer same-day service.
