Computer Technology Solutions (CTS Inc.) was an information technology consulting firm founded in 1993 by UAB School of Business professors Sanjay Singh and Larry Lilley. It got its start at UAB's Office for the Advancement of Developing Industries (OADI), graduating from the incubator in 1996 and later moved into a headquarters office at 300 Riverchase Parkway East.

By 2010 the firm employed about 155 people at offices in Birmingham, Mobile and Atlanta. Its principal clients included Regions Bank, BBVA Compass, HealthSouth, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, and Southern Company, but it also provided services to hundreds of smaller businesses. By 2013 it had grown to 230 employees with additional offices in Charlotte, North Carolina and Nashville and Chattanooga, Tennessee. In 2017 the company had more than 350 workers.

In April of that year, it was announced that CTS would be acquired by the global technology firm CGI Group Inc. of Montreal, Quebec.
