Cooper Hill Pointe Apartments

Cooper Hill Pointe Apartments is a 90-unit apartment complex located on Sandstone Ridge, along Cooper Hill Road in Birmingham's Crestline neighborhood.

The five-building complex was constructed in 1998 and includes a clubhouse with an outdoor swimming pool.

The property was sold to an affiliate of Wilhoit Properties of Springfield, Missouri in 2015 for $4.15 million. In 2020 an affiliate of Birmingham's OG Capital purchased the complex for $5.814 million.
