The Cornerstone Apartments (formerly Fairview Garden) is an 18-unit, two story apartment complex located at 2825 30th Street, just off of Bessemer Road in Ensley's Fairview neighborhood. The complex, built in 1989, consists of two buildings arranged in an L shape around a central parking lot.
E&J Properties LLC acquired the property from RF Innovations LLC in 2015 for $345,000.
