Cosecha Urban Kitchen was a Cuban/Latin restaurant in the LIV Parkside complex at 1701 1st Avenue South facing Railroad Park in Birmingham's Parkside District. Justin White and John Green opened the restaurant in January 2017. Its menu featured street foods from Latin America along with a full bar. The name was translated from Spanish for "harvest" or "gather".

The 2,500 square foot restaurant build-out was designed by Black Design Architecture and executed by Stidco Construction. The restaurant changed its name to The Parked Kitchen in late 2017, adding a tag line, "food truck fare that's always there," but closed down shortly afterward.
