Costa's New South Cafe was a restaurant located at 3443 Lorna Road in Hoover.

New South Cafe, opened in 1994 by Gus and Maria Kanellis, was a "reimagining" of the existing Costa's Famous BBQ restaurant, a chain which at the time had locations in Huffman and Finley Avenue. The menu was heavy on seafood and Greek staples, and still offered the barbecue. In 1995, the restaurant was closed and merged with the Kanellis' Costa's Mediterranean Cafe in Roebuck, which featured a similar menu.
