The De Paul Building was a 42,429 square-foot office building located on a 1.4-acre site at 2800 Clairmont Avenue, across from St Vincent's Hospital. It was named for St Vincent de Paul, the 17th century French priest who founded the order that established St Vincent's Hospital. It housed the Jeremiah's Hope Academy along with other medical offices.
The rectangular 3-story building was constructed in 1971. The ground floor, faced with stone on the front and brown brick on the sides, was sheltered by the overhanging upper floors, which were wrapped with precast facade panels featuring prominent vertical ribs.
The De Paul Building was demolished in July 2020 for construction of an outpatient surgery center.
