DirectPath (formerly Enrollment Advisors) is a health care program management firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. DirectPath consults with companies on the selection and implementation of health care plans for employees and their families.

Bart Yancey Bayless Ydel founded Enrollment Advisors in 2003 as a subsidiary of Highland Capital Holdings. They purchased the firm in 2004 and opened a headquarters office in the Railroad Square building at 120 18th Street South in Birmingham. In 2015 the technology division of Burlington, Massachusetts-based HighRoads was acquired by Enrollment Advisors to form DirectPath. Michael Byers, former CEO of HighRoads, became the executive chairman before succeeding Yancey as CEO.

In early 2017 DirectPath acquired the similarly sized Patient Care, a patient advocacy and transparency firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The combined firm had around 120 employees in Birmingham; Burlington, Massachusetts; Ottowa, Ontario and Milwaukee.

With guidance from investor Century Equity Partners, DirectPath merged with Flores & Associates Inc. of Charlotte, North Carolina in 2018. The combined business moved its headquarters offices to Burlington, Massachusetts. Byers was made CEO of the new company and Mario Flores continues to lead his division from Charlotte. The company's finance, engagement and human resources teams remain based in Birmingham.
