Dr Gus' Coffee House was a 200-seat full-service restaurant located at 214 21st Street North. It was opened in November 1940 by caterer Gus Constantine. The menu featured "Western steaks and chops", Gus' famed "stand by" barbecue, fresh seafood and his own special blend of coffee.
