Edwardo Sierra (born on April 15, 1982 in San Cristobal, Dominican Republic) is a relief pitcher for the 2007 Birmingham Barons.

Sierra was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Oakland Athletics in 1999. He was traded to the New York Yankees in December 2004 and made the Florida State League All-Star team the next season as a reliever for the Tampa Yankees. In July 2005 he was traded to the Colorado Rockies, He appeared in 6 games for the Colorado Springs Sky Sox before he was placed him on waivers. He was claimed on April 26, 2006 by the Chicago White Sox and debuted with the 2006 Birmingham Barons, going 2-1 that year with a 5.65 ERA and striking out 40 in 43 innings of work. He was reassigned to Birmingham for 2007.

Through the end of 2006, Sierra has appeared in 228 games and started 40 in 8 years in the minor leagues. His overall record is 21-25 with a 3.79 career ERA.
