The Ensley Fairfield Mattress Co., formerly the Ensley Fairfield Mattress Factory, was a bedding manufacturer and retailer founded in 1915 by Louis and Dixie Holtzclaw.

The company was originally located on Avenue E in Ensley. The Holtzclaw's son, Claude took over the business with his wife, Dot after World War II. It later passed from them to their son, Bill and his wife, Sherry.

Ensley Fairfield Mattress Co. had retail locations at The Village on Lorna in Hoover and SoHo Square in Homewood, and a warehouse at 1617 Lomb Avenue in Arlington-West End.

Over time the company shut down its manufacturing arm and focused on retail sales of American-made mattresses built to their specifications.

It later moved to 3186 Pelham Parkway in Pelham.

The company closed in January 2023.
