Erskine Ramsay Hall (Samford)

Erskine Ramsay Hall was a two-story brick apartment building constructed at Samford University in the 1950s to house faculty members. It was the first building constructed on the Shades Valley campus. It was named for educator and philanthropist Erskine Ramsay.

It was later converted into student housing, with eight apartments each housing four male students.

The roof of the building collapsed on March 9, 2008. The school eventually determined to demolish the building as it pondered a shortage of student housing.
