Everett Shepherd Jr (born August 9, 1926; died June 22, 1997) was a real estate developer known for the Shepherd-Sloss Building, Five Points West Shopping City, and Brookwood Village mall.

Shepherd was the son of Everett Shepherd Sr and the former Ida Osceola Wylie. He succeeded his father in partnership with A. Page Sloss Sr and later A. Page Sloss Jr in the Shepherd Sloss Investment Company.

In the 1980s he proposed the Shepherd Centre, a high-rise office complex on Block 121 in Midtown, but failed to secure anchor tenants for the project.

Shepherd died in 1997 and is buried at Elmwood Cemetery.
