Hoover Lodge No. 644 (chartered in 1906 as Fairview Lodge No. 644) is a Masonic lodge chartered by the Grand Lodge of Alabama (Free & Accepted Masons of Alabama) and located at 3445 Sierra Drive in Hoover.

It was originally located just a block north of the Alabama State Fairgrounds on Warrior Road and Avenue X in Fairview. Its charter members included W. C. Dean, J. Allison Walker, Herman Russell, Theodore Furman, James Gober, Thomas O. Jones, William Minor, Wilson DeRamus and William Hollock. The former Lodge building included a ground floor retail space which was used by several businesses, and for a while, beginning in 1918, as the Fairview Post Office.

The lodge peaked with a membership of more than 400 and burned its mortgage note in 1952. It dwindled to fewer than 30 before 1990, when it was merged with West End Lodge No. 753 and re-chartered in Hoover under the leadership of J. C. Brady and James Lucas, and with the support of Hoover's Mayor Donald Watts. The new lodge hall was dedicated in 1995.
