Fitzgerald Apartments

The Fitzgerald Apartments is a 3-story, 20-unit apartment building located at 1110 19th Street South, adjacent to the U.S. Post Office South Highland Station in Birmingham's Five Points South neighborhood. The Beax-Arts style building was constructed in 1928 and is clad in ivory-colored brick and stucco with wrought iron railings and limestone trim.

In May 2021 Bret Connor and William Byars of Coosa Investments partnered with Carter Hughes of HCP Riviera to acquire the property for $881,000.
