Foundry Yards

Foundry Yards is a 5-story, 29,800 square-foot, 268-unit apartment complex on a 3-acre site at 10 13th Street South in the Parkside District. It was constructed in 2019–2020 by the Novare Group of Atlanta, Georgia. The complex includes studio, one- and two-bedroom units, and features a swimming pool, fitness center and two dog parks.

In 2022 Novare Group sold the complex along with two adjacent commercial buildings, to Carter Multifamily Properties of Tampa, Florida for $85.1 million.
