The Fox Valley Apartments is a 120-unit apartment complex located at 601 Valley Avenue in Birmingham. The complex was sold by one group of investors to another in March 2009 for just under $3.9 million. Rock Apartment Advisors acted as broker for both parties.
In 2021 Northway Equities of Cedarhurst, New York sold the complex to another investment group for $9.81 million.
