Garnet Rosamonde Leader (born November 19, 1905 - died March 1, 2002) was a noted painter and amateur historian.

Leader received her Bachelor of Arts in 1925, from Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee. She exhibited her work with the Alabama Art League in Montgomery and the Birmingham Art Club. In 1951, her paintings Industrial Scene and The Ice Plant were exhibited at the Alabama State Fair in Birmingham. The Ice Plant was also shown at the Birmingham Art Association Annual Jury Exhibition at the Birmingham Museum of Art that year.

In 1970, Leader was elected a fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce (RSA). She was president of the Theta Chapter and a lifetime member of the Kappa Pi International Honorary Art Fraternity. In 1984 she presented a paper on Brookside's St Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church to the 37th annual meeting of the Alabama Historical Association.

Her work can be found in the permanent collections of the Birmingham Museum of Art and the Birmingham-Jefferson History Museum.
