Giuseppe's Cafe and Espresso Bar is a neighborhood Italian restaurant located at 925 8th Street South in the "Gable Square" building in Glen Iris.

The restaurant is owned by Seattle native Joe Williams, who bought the existing Paesano's Pizza & Subs after he closed his Seattle Connection coffee stand at Eastwood Mall in 2002. Williams renamed the restaurant for the nickname his father earned while growing up in an Italian neighborhood in Boston, Massachusetts. Williams uses recipes taught to him by his mother, who learned them from her mother. The restaurant seats about 50 diners and features homemade bread, meatballs and sausages. The restaurant offers occasional live music in the evenings.

In 2007 Travelocity.com named Giuseppe's Cafe as one of 295 "Local Secrets, Big Finds" across the United States. It has since been featured on Yelp.com and Birmingham magazine's "Best of Birmingham" issue. The staff was expanded to about 12-14 employees to keep up with demand from regulars and from people passing through.

In May 2022 Giuseppe's Cafe closed for extensive renovations. The restaurant reopened in July.
