Grand Highlands Apartments, also called Grand Highlands at Mountain Brook is a 392-unit apartment complex located at 3251 Overton Road in the Cahaba Heights section of Vestavia Hills.

The complex was sold for $43 million to a partnership of a group of California investors and the Daniel Corporation in October 2017. Before the sale, the complex was managed by Southeastern Property Management.
